MTH, global leader in heat treatment furnaces

The MTH group originally consisted of Fours Industriels BMI (France), MAHLER (Germany) and SCHMETZ (Germany). As part of its external growth policy, the managers of the MTH group, supported by the financial investors, have set up the present organisation with the following objective: make the MTH group the undisputed leader in heat treatment industrial furnaces, all technologies considered.

It is in this process that IVA (Germany) joined the group in 2005. IVA thus brought in its know-how and expertise in designing the atmospheric furnaces and completed the range of furnaces of the group that already had the BMI and SCHMETZ vacuum furnaces and the MAHLER continuous furnaces.

At the end of 2008, two new companies also joined the MTH group – HUISEN based in Shanghai in China, specialist in designing and manufacturing of continuous furnaces with controlled atmosphere and in batch treatment, as well as RIVA, the Polish entity of IVA.

Huisen entered MTH group in 2008. Based on strong R&D supports from headquarter, advanced design ideas, quality control from Germany and France, combined with local manufacturing advantages and efficient service in China, Huisen-MTH is able to provide high level heat treatment furnaces, spare parts and after-sales service for domestic and worldwide markets.
