IVA Shaft Furnace for the main heat treatments

 IVA shaft furnaces are supplied with or without a retort. These system are mainly used at temperatures ranging up to 1000℃ for the heat treatment processes: gas carburizing, annealing under inert gas, heating to harden substrates under inert gas, nitriding, nitrocarburizing, etc.

 The main feature:

 1. Optional stricture: Optional with muffle (with or without muffle), fast-cooling systems, and evacuable device.

 2. Light Insulation material: low power consumption, able to withstand rapid temperature changes, accurate temperature control.

 3. Special design: no muffle shaft furnace: fit for carburizing and quenching of much large parts.

 4. Professional computer control system: optimize process parameters based on math model calculation to achieve automatic control.
